What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept payments through Paypal.

How much do I pay for postage?

Postage and packaging is free for all orders within the UK. International orders incur a charge per print.

How long before my print arrives? 

Usually 5 to 10 working days in the UK.

What about overseas deliveries?

International delivery times vary: some packages arrive within 5 working days; others take up to 20 days to arrive. I've tried lots of different options when it comes to international postage, but still cannot achieve consistent delivery times – and the Post Office are unable to explain why. Please keep this in mind if your purchase is time-sensitive. Tracking information is available on request.

What if my print is damaged?

Prints are delivered in sturdy postal tubes; I've posted more than 500 and only ever known a handful sustain damage. If your print does not arrive in a satisfactory condition please contact me. The original print must be returned before a refund or exchange is given.

Do prints ever get lost?

I track all orders, and will do everything I can to help; packages rarely disappear completely but, if they do, I replace them.

Does the price include a picture frame?

No. The large size of A2 picture frames makes them easy to damage during transit – and expensive. I suggest visiting your local independent picture framer for a bespoke frame.
